How to play in 640x480?

AMD Athlon x2 64 2.1 GHz max 3.36 NO PASS (BUT I HAVE NO LAG OR CRASHES)
2 Gb RAM(with 256 mb integrated ATI Radeon HD 3200) NO PASS(RAM as it goes 1.7 Gb) PASS (video card)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit PASS

Clearly not fit to play the game nevertheless I am doing my best. I am playing in 800x600 and it is going quite smooth(more than I expected). If I could play in 640x480 I am sure it would run very smoothly but there is no such option. Searched in Users/(MyUserName)/Appdata/Local/Activision/CoD but it is empty. Any suggestions?(other than buying a new pc as I am just 16 and apparently broke)

I wish there was an option for 640x480 but the lowest available option is 800x600

Defragging your computer may help not only performance in the game but your computer as a whole.Since there is no option and no config.ini for lower resolution you will have to play at 800X600.
