How do you unlock all the zombie maps?

How can I unlock the last zombie map

Are you aiming for them? If so, one is from the First Strike map pack. Four are gained only from pre-ordering the Hardened or Prestige Editions or gamesharing with someone who who. The last is Five earned by finishing the campaign. Also Dead Ops is unlocked by breaking out of your chair at the main menu and going the computer behind you and inputting DOA.
