How do I solve the foghorns on call of the dead?

I really need help on this, because I've gotten to it obce with me and someone else, and then again with four people. So what order do I need to activate it in? Also, do I need to activate it once one's done completely, or right after? Please help!

I read somewhere that if you mess this up, you have to start over, but I'm not sure where you have to start over from because the radios don't work, the dials are right, and the levers/wheel is in the correct place and not moving. Does anyone know what they mean by this? Please help

Use the foghorns to duplicate the tones made by the submarine after using the levers in the power room. This can be kind of a pain because the tones will change everytime you start a new game.(You will only have to use the foghorns to unlock the easter egg in co-op mode, if you are doing this solo dont bother with the foghorns.)

They have to be done in order, and remember to knife the door after every step, you'll receive major help on you tube. Search it. u don't have to start completely over. Just the last step bro
