Where is the options button and the emblem creator button ? i need signed in to xbox live or no ?

No, i dont think so.. for whatever ridiculous reason, theyve disabled it all together.. only focusing on online

The emblem creator is for online play.

The options for the game, if unaccessible from the main menu, can be found under the menus when you pause the game.
