Can the FAL get one-shot headshot kills under any circumstances?

Above question. (it's implied that your target is at full health, and yes, multiplayer not single)

I tested this, on nuketown. From one window to the other, even with ACOG, it is impossible to get a one-hit kill. It took me 2 shots with each attachment I used (ACOG, Red Dot, Reflex, Suppresor, and no attachments.)

The one One-shot headshot kill I've gotten is with the L96 and I think the PSG1, if that helps.
