4 Extra zombie maps?

I bought the hardened edition.....but cant find the 4 extra zombie maps......can anyone let me know??!!

There's a slip behind the manual in the Steelbook case with the code on, it also has has the Woods avatar outfit on there also.

If its missing then take it back to your retailer.

I think you just go to zombie on the main menu and on the level selection screen the 4 maps shoulds be there
