And that depresses me, I mean this game is still plenty of fun, but sometimes I wish I could just go back in time...before IW caved in and the series died. All the feels...

I consider the first Modern Warfare to be the best and last Call of Duty for me. After that, disappointment after disappointment. Mostly because of the developers wanting to appeal to a younger audience.

Agreed wholeheartedly. I'm gonna reinstall it now.

I agree, but I if MW2's DLC wasn't overpriced EA-esque garbage and it was a bit more balanced it would've been the best, but oh well.

MW2 was the worst of all the CoDs hands down. The campaign was junk and the mp maps were all so damn small you could throw a nade across each one.

Not to mention it was a hacker infested **** hole. Basically CoD4 was the last one worth playing, unless BO2 magically fixes the issue

Never fear, there's always another blockbuster around the corner. Forget about endlessly rehashed series, the next big thing will be a brand new IP. Those are the ones to watch for.

MW2 is about the same as MW3. That's nostalgia talking. MW1 was better though.

MW2? Seriously? That was the game that single-handedly consolified what was a pro-PC franchise, killed real modding of the games, and served it up to hackers on a silver platter.

Hell, the game wasn't even balanced for lean, but at least it had "custom stuff like mouse control, text chat in game, and graphics settings."

Ah I played MW2 on Ps3, back before I joined the master race, and from that experience that's why I think its second best, but I do remember what they did to the pc version and even then I thought that was messed up that they'd homogenize the game like that.

black ops 1 and now black ops 2 are the only CoD games i've played (for an extended amount of time) since Cod 4. they are closest thing to it in my opinion when it comes to gameplay.

to me Cod series goes like this: 2/4/black ops/black ops 2

there are no other cod games in existence to me
