The poster you quoted made the mistake of saying "physical harm", but since my post was similar I figured I would reply. Hacking does actually harm another person's ability to enjoy and play the game, pictures don't. So no physical harm in hacking, but it does cause a form of harm.

It distracts me, and pulls me out of the game, when I see a genitalia emblem, hence, my enjoyment of the game was affected.
So I report the person with said emblem, and will continue to do so.

So you will be reporting anyone with chevrons too?

That is an emblem that represents genitalia. A sergeant rank would give a player a number of genitalia emblems, so you may want to start reporting higher ranks first. More chevrons = more genitalia. Privates should be last to go.

I hope when you're done there are still some people left to play with.

Rats and tattle-tales; trophies for being present, not for winning; and an unusual fear of anything sexual. If you can't be comfortable with a crappy depiction of some genitalia or someone pooping,, how are you ever going to repopulate the earth or clean up after yourself when you have to go #2?

It's little more than a nuisance and I will report it in the hope that SOME form of disciplinary action will come into place.

A picture that "distracts" you, "pulls (you) out of the game", and affects your "enjoyment of the game" is indeed ruining your gaming experience. That is pretty clearly what your comment implies. However, if you are saying that maybe your comment was hyperbole and it doesn't really ruin your game experience, and that it is just a nuisance you want to report in hopes of them being "disciplined", then I think this is pretty accurate.

"Ruining" is a bit extreme, it's not like I would stop playing because of it, hackers and glitchers "ruin" games for me, inappropriate emblems are more like a nuisance.
However, it's still reportable, and it still bothers me, hence, I will report it.

Okay so i took the time to read some of this topic and im wondering...people arent allowed to play the game they want to? everyone has to have a gun as their emblem? if so i need to change mine its a smiley face and i would hate for it to offend THE ADULTS THAT PLAY THIS GAME!

No, sorry, no playing the game as you want. We wouldn't want to have a game that effects the fragile sensibilities of insignificant others, would we? Treyarch is as much to blame as anyone though, since their policies allow for people to be punished for speech or expression. Though it wouldn't matter if more people had the maturity to rise above the petty antics of others.

Complaining about animated genitals that someone created on COD, that's literally on the screen for a second...

I would love to see how you guys react when someone spray paints photos of d*cks on the walls in TF2.

Or when Will Farrell T-Bags a drum set in Step Brothers.

I'm sure every person you ban will turn over a new leaf and create an alt account with acceptable material filled with rainbows and cupcakes...

I just dont believe you, honestly. I dont see how a grown ass man can get so distracted that it "pulls me out of the game" when you see a cartoon dick, so much so in fact that you take the time to report the person. I bet you probably message the person telling them you did it, too.
