Can you get more gun unlocks through Mission Replay?

Can you get more gun unlocks through Mission Replay?
I've beaten the game twice now and I want to try an unlock all the guns through Mission Replay. It doesn't alow saves due to the non linea nature of the story so I was wondering if I can unlock more guns through challenges without restarting the game all over again?

Yes you can! I just discovered it for myself. I figured I'd answer this for others. Please note you have to beat the level or the chalengers will not save.
