Final Fantasy VII

A gameplay I personally miss and hope that will come back in the future because it was a huge success in many FF like FFVIII which had very similar gameplay but in it's own originality.
-Controlling from one to three characters a time, making the gameplay more fast paced (which can be adjusted on the Config menu) makes the game fun and keeps you busy commanding all characters (healing, attacking, casting, summoning, protecting, defending, improving stats, limit breaks and so on). Having full control of your characters ''unlike FFXIII'' makes the game more enjoyable and makes you more involved in the battle.
-Fighting battles help you get stronger, gain stronger limit breaks (A limit break is when a character has had enough, getting attacked raises the limit break bar and once full you're free to use the powerful attack or other anytime you wish).
Battles also earn you money which you can buy accessories, weapons, materia and items which will help you improve... or you just want to spend some money to have some extra fun.
-You'll also find tons of different mini-game type which make the game more fresh... Golden Saucer, which has fun mini-games, special items and some items to just collect for fun, during the game you'll end up driving a motorbike, snowboarding, driving, go under the sea, ride different types of chocobo's and so on...
We are talking around 1997, this games graphics were incredible. It was FF like you never saw before, 3D, improved graphics and such a huge world.
These days the graphics seem very low but its not HD that makes a game amazing, getting into it and appreciating the amazing job they did on creating a 3D FF for the first time back in the days.
Battles look more stunning and cut-scenes are very enjoyable, the world is big and full of color, makes you want to peak in every corner and check things out.
The background ''music'' has come such a long way and has never been forgotten because it's a very big part of the game, you'll hear any of it's tune and you know it's FFVII. These days they are remixed, sound more beautiful without losing anything original (people make covers with piano, guitar etc.. and because of newer sequels the ''music'' from the original FFVII still remains there with improvements)
Very enjoyable and fits perfectly.
Till this day I'd get excited to play it and hopefully one day I get the chance. It's a very long game especially if you're thinking of doing every side quest and finding/seeing extra things.
-It has an amazing story... touching, eerie, fun, original and perfect.
-Changing lead character here and there because of certain situations makes it fun.
-Tons of mini-games during the game and even whenever you want.
-An amazing cast of characters, they fit perfect together. Enemies are interesting too.
-A huge world with many things to discover.
Simply what Final Fantasy really is, standing strong and proud till today, Final Fantasy VII is a must play.
