Yes, this game does have some mild blood and gore. Nothing insanely gory like in a horror movie (i.e. blood spewing out like a fountain), but it's pretty realistic. Picture the battle scenes in the movie Black Hawk Down. That's about how gory this game is.

When you shoot or Stab them blood would hit the ground
You would see blood from ATLEAST 1 Pint to A Quart of blood spill
Body Parts do not fly off in this game though -
This game does indeed have blood and gore. Gore in my eyes is body parts flying everywhere if you to shoot them with a sniper from long range. Or maybe some actual bullet holes that stay visible on the body and maybe some realistic damage. Like if you shot in the leg twice maybe your guy would move slower for a while or if you were hit by a grenade and it blew up next to you, you wouldn't be in one piece. Now the only mission I recall that has a body part fly is when you are playing as Captain Price (who was Lt. Price but you get the point). As you can recall after you shoot Zakheiv, his arm flew off, which is in my opinion, gore.
Also, when you shoot someone in the head, blood sprays out behind them on a nearby wall or the ground. Or if you use the shotgun blood comes out anywhere you shot them ad is visible... I guess I'm just rambling now so I'll shut up. -
Yes, there is blood and gore in this game, but it's pretty mild. However, you can turn off the blood and gore in the settings, and this will make it so that when you shoot or stab anyone, blood will not show. If you tell your dad about that, he'll probably let you get it. And i think there's 2 uses of the word, "s***," but that's not bad at all. To be honest, if you disable blood and gore, it goes from M rated to T rated.

Yes there is, but don't expect any GTA or prototype kind of gore. When you get a headshot blood will splatter against a wall or the ground. In some scenes when you kill someone a huge pile of blood will slowly drain. There are only about 3 of these situations though. In the begining, The end, and the mile high mission. Also in one assassin scene you should someones arm off and there is a lot of blood but it is a realistic amount, not a over the top amount. Also when a dog bites you if you don't attack in time you will see blood come out one the ground in the death scene. Finally there will always be some blood in the air when someone is shot [ALWAYS!] Besides that theres not much.

Oh sorry on the last message I meant shoot not should.
-
Also I meant on the ground not one.
Oh just to mention this Blood and gore means the game contains dismemberment in gore, and there is only one scene where that is so there really is no gore just blood. To tell the truth if the blood was 'Very, very, very slightly tweaked for a little less, then take that one scene with dismemberment and maybe remove the few strong swears "About 3"
Then made the game a little less serious and less Intesity then the game would be T so you would pretty much be fine -
There's maybe 3 parts that really show it...When you shoot this guy his arm flies of.In the end of the epilouge(the mile high mission.) When this guy blows his brains out so the military can't question him(it goes in slow-mo so you can really see it.)And that's all of them.I think you can turnn the blood and gore off anyways.Sometimes parents will be like that. But I've never heard of anyones parents who wouldn't let them get a game because of blood and gore.it's usualy because of the intense violence and strong language.Rent it to show him that it's not so bad.And if you do rent it see if you can turn the blood and gore of.
Hope this helped. -
