By co-op couch mode im guessing you mean being on the same system and playing together. No this game does not offer this. Call of Duty World At War although does offer campaign co-op on the same system.

There is no co-op campaign mode, only split-screen competitive. It is a feature that many people wish was included but for some reason infinity ward overlooked that >.>
