In the cheats section on this website at the unlockables, what does "Beat Oran on the Map" mean?

Nevermind i figured it out, But i still need some help. I beat the game. Where are the characters and how do i use them? Where can i find the guns? Can i use the characters and guns on multiplayer?

I don't think so, I haven't played it on multyplayer.
