Tedious conclusion of the great series. 3D tedious.

I came, I saw, I wasted way too much time trying to get all the insulas and villas to evolve to their third level.

Boring, dispropotioned, ugly and... oh yes: boring! I strongly recommend CivCity: Rome or even Glory of the Roman Empire

In city building game, it’s not the 3D Graphic that counts, but it’s the game play and “Life”.
