This game looked interesting so I picked it up at GameStop for $19.99. Wasted money right there. The game plays more like a FPS then a hunting game, with objectives that have to be completed each level. The animal AI is HORRIBLE, all they do is run back and forth until you gun them down. Weapons are buggy (I equipped my .357 one time and then couldn't equip it again for the rest of the game) and the character animations are poorly done. The storyline also makes no sense at all. Why would someone ask you to gun down two deer before he'll take you by boat to where the trophy deer is? I was unable to play the game in any resolution higher then 800 X 600, otherwise it got too choppy to be playable. I could only take it until the third level before I couldn't play it anymore (personal disgust, not computer problems). For the money it was a big let down, I was expecting something more. I wonder if Cabela's actually looks at these games before they hit the shelves. 4.5/10.
