Instant classic sounds about right. The production values of the game are good enough to stick it in the eights but it's the gameplay that puts you right there in the seat. This game is tons of fun to play with friends even if you suck at racing games. Not only that but it's a likeable game for realistic racers, arcade racers, and normal gamers through and through. The problem with the second game was that you felt like you were just joking around and crashing into stuff and you never actually got into the experience or atleast not nearly as much as this game. Burnout 3 is not only addicting, but it's a game that delivers new style and offers new and in the flesh fun while mainting the classical gameplay of its previous titles. I actually thought that this game would lose any classic feeling it had before because of EA's take of the game and I surprised to find out that they didn't add a single bad thing to this game. I can definately say that if you have a Ps2 or Xbox - Put this one on you holiday list. You don't want to let this one go by. EA does it again.
