the closest to a date is this: 1:kiss a girl(Or a boy!) and that's it.

If you see a girl and haven't yet completed Art 5, you'll have to give her flowers before you can kiss them (except for Eunice who prefers chocolates). Also, you won't be able to hold hands unless you're doing the "Carnival Date" mission (although you may find one or two small errands where you walk with a girl to a certain area, but not in the carnival). The most you can do is kiss a girl and walk away, allowing the girl to keep up with you. Eventually though, the girl will get bored and walk away herself (unless you give her another kiss). Sadly, they didn't really make this game so that you could date the girls like in real-life. This is the closest thing to that.

I dont know but you can kiss the and some boys are g.a.y and jimmy will kiss them their is one g.a.y guy in each gang.
