PLEASE HELP !!
I'm at 97.**% and I can't seem to get to 100% I've done the following ... what am I missing ??
30+ errands (I don't know exactly how many , where does it tell you ??)
Where is the water balloon , cop photo errand at ??
Completed all classes to level 5
Collected all rubber bands/G+G cards/Gnomes
Complete all bike races
Completed all Go Kart Races (unlocking the kart itself)
Completed All Distance achievements (100km on bike and foot, 50km on skateboard)
I've Purchased all the clothes from The School Shop , The Barbershop/Clothing shop in the greaser area , The clothing shop by City Hall , and the "Prep" shop , as well as the carnival ... what am I missing I still haven't gotten the Elvis outfit ??
Purchase all items from the carnival shop
Beat up the secret pirate
Smash all pumpkins and gravestones
Beat the keep up game
Didn't beat pen shoot out - but will do that when it comes back up !!
Buy 100 and drink 500 sodas
Complete the boxing side missions
Pull 20 fire alarms
Fail any 3 classes (did this like my first three classes ... lol )
I've got all the Yearbook photos EXCEPT IVAN AND LOLA I can't find Ivan , PLEASE HELP !!
Do the jobs, these are all the paper routes and the 2 lawn mowing jobs
Find all transistors and learn all moves from the school hobo
Unlocked all save points
Got the red and green ninja outfits (missing yearbook one)
I have sprayed a tag of each group type <---- what does this one mean ?? and where are these ??
Unlock all room trophies <--- don't know where these are either (how do I tell how many I have ??)
And last but not least , I got all of the Achievements EXCEPT 100% perfection !!

I was at 99.07%, and I went back to complete the Strike Out game (hit 3 catchers) and I got the 100%. I had played Strike Out before and got the "It's all in the wrists" achievement, but I didn't actually win the game.
I can also confirm that you can get the 100% achievement without completing that guy kissing "Over the Rainbow" achievement, which I refuse to do. 980/1000 is good enough for me.

dude i dont know what....but i think all im missing is the werewolf mask and the thing is the red lights wont show up in front of the lockers....or i could have mised something but i dought it...and i have 39 errand missions i need the mask it has to be it!!!!

Okay so I just got 100% I thought the 2 Lawn jobs were the one with the dollar sign, and the school...turns out ther is a Mansion North West of the retirement home, that is a Lawn mower job. *slaps head* Anyway...
As for the Werewolf mask, try breaking into the school at night...sometimes there are red lights that appear at night, that won't during the day. Anyway...On to another game...This game was fun though!

I highly recommend anyone that is short of 100% go back and do all the jobs one more time, especially the final house lawn mowing job. Do not assume because you have the achievement that you have all the completion percentage from that job. I had the achievement for completing ALL lawn mowing jobs but was stuck at 99.37% and could not figure out why. I went back and did the house lawn mowing job #3 in endless summer and bingo the final .63% showed up and achievement unlocked. That's complete garbage but oh well.
Also I never got the nutcracker suit despite finishing the nutcracker mission but apparently that did not matter.

I really need help! There's no new missions left for me to do now. Absolutly nothing is coming up, so I was expecting the complete all missions achievement so when I didn't get it I came on here to see if there was a glitch or something (coz lets face it, it's a very glitchy game!) but nobody else seems to have had this problem.
Anyway, I've read around and it seems there's meant to be 76 missions all together so I looked on my stats and I've done 75. But there's no missions coming up at any time of day or anywhere. So I can't get that achievement or the 100% completion one without it.
Any ideas why this has happened or any suggestions?

Finished 100%.
Note: I do NOT have the "Incognito Hat", and only completed 33 errands. 332 articles of clothing. So that errand hat is not required (and errands no longer show up for me anyway).

I'm currently on chapter 5 and have been looking for the pirate since the start of this chapter but no matter how many times I go to the island and what time I go he's never there! It's driving me mad, I've used no cheats at any point and this is the last thing to do before I complete the game. HELP!
Also anyone stuck on 75 missions, i can only imagine it is the collecting of transistor radio parts for the hobo that lives behind the school bus, i had 3 parts in my inventory but hadn't taken them to him then when i did it said "all missions complete" other than that it is the stealing of bikes for the guy by the trailers the mission is called "the collector"

WTF, I did all of this and only got 98.99%. I did 37 errands, and each one gives 0.4 or 0.5 percent so its not that. I didn't get the nutcracker outfit despite completing the Christmas play side mission, or the Panda outfit from Geography, but still got the gold Elvis suit.
I did EVERYTHING and this game still screws me over, by 1.01 ****ing percent!

Get all the achievements, you might as well not sure if all of them added to the % but they add to your GS so what the hell, These include:
Do 200 wheelies
Give 50 wedgies
Kick 100 soccer balls
High score the 3 arcade games (consumo, Nut shots and Monkey fling
Win all 4 carnival games at least once
Ride all rides at the carny once
Hit 50 people with stink bombs and trip 25 people with marbles
Egg 25 cars
Pick 50 flowers, and kiss 25 girls and 20 guys (these don't have to be different people, just spam their lips with your mouth lust)
Knock out 200 people
After hours (which you should all get easily by just being out after curfew for 5 hours)
Taunt 50 people (just spam taunts at the school secretary)
Complete the errand achievement but keep doing any you see, i did 37 errands in total and each one added around .05% to my overall percentage.
Got all of these except perfectionist, of course.
