Okay, this is an extremely fun game to play. I don't think any of you will find a better action game for the Sega Saturn. You will really like this game. I don't know how they came up with the idea for this game, but it was such a great idea. I loved to play this game back in the day.
This has a really cool storyline. It's about are main character which happens to be a....Bug! He's trying to save his beloved family from the grasp of the evil Queen Cadaver. On his quest he must go through several stages beating varieties of fiendish monsters in order to make your way to Queen Cadaver. Sounds like a cool storyline, huh?
Sometimes Bug can be hard to control, it gets annoying after a little while. That's what probably makes this game so hard. The movement isn't a sidescroller you can actually move in four different directions. I thought that way very unique about this game. Jumping and attacking are easily done, no hard sequences of buttons to attack, so nothing to wrong with the gameplay, except for the fact Bug can be hard to control sometimes.
The graphics are decent for the Sega Saturn, they could have done a little bit better, but the graphics are okay. The sound in the game on the other hand is not good, not good at all really. The music become repetitive after a while, kind of starts to annoy you. I suggest you might want to mute the Television after you start to hear the bland music in your sleep at night.
I think this game would take you about a good fifteen hours to beat, it's a pretty tough game. On the replayability side, I think you will never stop replaying it. I know I wouldn't. This is the kind of game you will really never really let go of. I don't know what it is, it's just to hard to let go of this sweet action packed game.
I suggest if you don't have this game you need to do everything you can to try and find it. Some good places to look for this game is the flea market, convention center, place that sells Sega Saturn games, place that sells old games, or anywhere that has a wide variety of video games. Overall I give this sweet game a ten out of ten
