Open-World Hack N Slash RTS Adventure

I'm going to go ahead and admit that I was wrong at something...
Several months before Brutal Legend's release, I did not expect this game to be very good. But after hearing all the good things about it, I decided I'd try it.
And it is AMAZING!!!! I will admit it. I was wrong! This game ROCKS!!!!
Loads of Guest Stars. Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priese (I am 99% certain I spelled both of them wrong, but you should know who I'm talking about) and loads of others. And, of course, Jack Black is the star.
You are a roadie in a rock n roll band who is fed up with what the genre has become. He wishes he could live back with all of the true heavy metal. And, long-story-short, he does. I can't say a lot more than that due to plot spoilers, but that's the gist.
The story is AMAZING. Probably the best in a game I've seen in a long time. Again, I can't say much due to plot spoiling. But it is good, full with twists, surprises, and lots of action/drama. And if you think you know the twist that shows up at the very end (even if you just beat the final boss but haven't completely seen the final cutscene) think again. Luckily, it leaves it open for a sequel, and in a way, forces it to make a sequel, so expect one hopefully. And after beating the game, I primary mission beacon shows up but nothing happens when you go there, and many say it is for a future DLC pack, so expect one of those as well in the near future.
This game does have comedy, but don't expect it 24/7. With the game's full story, it does have to be serious at times.. But it is pretty funny. Not many full-on-lawl moments, but still a good laugh.
Of course, amazing soundtrack full of rock.
Really only one vehicle, but you can double-team with certain squads that act as a vehicle, and in the world, you can sometimes tame and ride certain wild animals.
RTS features are present, but not for the entire game. You must command in troops for most of the game, but you do have a slight choice. About mid-way through the game your character gets demonic wings (not gonna explain... Just see for yourself) and can fly above the battle to command, or just be on the ground and command, also fighting. There's not attacks for yourself while airborne, but I mainly use it to travel faster or to get a better look at a target for my allies. You will most likely use a mixture of the both. But it ends up basically being your choice.
On foot, you have your fully upgradable guitar and fully upgradable axe. Axe is melee. Guitar is ranged.
There are loads of side-quests, unlockables, hidden things, and all that to be found in the world, so it should last for a while.
The Achievements are actually a decent challenge to get usually. Either they take a while to get, or they're really hard to get (but can happen in an instant).
Online multiplayer is "meh". It's like a faster-paced version of Halo Wars' online play. You will choose from your three factions, each with similar allies and attacks. It's not amazingly fun, but a decent kill-time.

There are a few bad things, though..... The main storyline is pretty short, as I beat it in about four days.... But as I said earlier, there are other side things to do, so if you like Achievements, you'll wanna get them done.
Sometimes it seems like the developers should have added more voice-overs, as you'll be hearing many of the same quotes over and over.... I realize it must be expensive to hire celebrities to do these voices, but I doubt it would have costed a million dollars to add three or four more voice-overs for each scenario.... EA is a pretty big company, which is why I expected a little more in that department.
This game is amazing. You need to get it. I highly recommend this game to anyone who like rock and roll, RTSs, Hack N Slashes, or any gamer whatsoever.
