Very dated but great fun at the time.

The basic goal of Bruce Lee is to collect all the lanterns in each room or set of rooms in order to open access into the next and finally make your way to the treasure room (though it appears unclear how the shirtless Lee is to cart the treasure home with him). Your progress is impeded by the traditional environmental obstacles such as pits and spikes as well as a sumo and a ninja will the capacity to return from the dead just as often as you yourself. The secret of the game's fun is in the seemingly endless ingenuity demonstrated by the construction of the rooms, each more fiendish and complex than the last.

This game, with it's chunky graphics and repetitive gameplay, has dated quite badly. Modern gamers will need an emulator or the recent PC conversion in order to experience it, and though it's an effort to get ahold and get into it the dedicated platformer fan should find it to be both rewarding and refreshing.
