Maxwell McGee talks with Splash Damage CEO Paul Wedgwood about Brink!
@BigheadNo1 Does publishing Rogue Warrior count? ;P Game looks pretty badass. Will look into it when it comes out :)
well done Splash Damage you have made a relatively Unique FPS.
@BigheadNo1 never...;) this game gonna rock!!
When was the last time Bethesda made a bad game?
I really not into this game its like any kind of FPS i put alot of hopes in this game but nah crysis gonna crush this game
I really into this game its like any kind of FPS i put alot of hopes in this game but nah crysis gonna crush this game
i cannot wait for this!!!
cant wait for this game to come out... its gone a be EPIC!!!
Oh holy faeces this is going to be fun!
To awsome for words and i cant wait for this game to come out
I've been gettiong tired of FPS's over the last year or two... so many, often very similar. But this "Brink" is starting to look better and better. And with in-depth campaign co-op it makes it more worth the purchase. It'll be nice not to have to play as the lone sngle hero character in campaign. Hopes are officially up on this one.
so is it good? or just another FPS?
this game is going to be top cow
i hope so cuz i have a 360 and ps3 i had a 360 first but ps3 is alot better then i expected and presgore you should go for brink in my opinion cuz it will last you 10 times longer still i would get both or at least rent la noire
Is this going to have cross platform multiplayer
@presgore get brink! and the person i hate the most on GS is Max he is very dumb!
not sure if i should get this or L.A. Noire, what do you guys think i should get?
I played it at PAX East, it really is incredible. I was so impressed.
I think this game will be epic, but the S.M.A.R.T animations look really rough and if its gonna be that bad. I wont buy it
sounds great i really hope this is good
and i wonder if gunfire has any effect on the SMART animations? like if someone's wall running can you blast em off with a good shotgun blast or something?
@MLGxBEAR0419 hot damn! and yeah hopefully this pans out to be as good as it looks. i love it when dev's try new things
black ops is being put on the shelf for good once i get this! i raped borderlands to death with a good 18 days logged into it. well on that i was limited to 8 play thoughs total, this is endless! let the late night gaming begin.
Wedgewood is the man! This game will be fps of the year! I bet on it. Any takers?
@realblood33 - you know why Bulletstorm sold even though its a EMPTY Game. It sold because the stupid Gears of War 3 Beta comes with the game. All the idiots bought this game just to play Gears of War 3 Beta a few months before release.Splash Damage doesn't waste their money on ads they use it for the game and its design. Sounds SMART to me.
The graphics look average compared to Killzone 3 though..I am going to buy it but it doesn't look that unique tbh
it's been delayed again though hasn't it? Oh well that will give me 3/4 months on Killzone 3....
Really really looking forward to this game. Objective based Co-op and the customisation is going to be awesome. Loving the art style, very cool.
they're kinda dropping the ball on marketing for this game, release is coming soon you have to be more aggressive like epic did with bulletstorm, that game is mediocre at best but still sold pretty good.
definitely going to be a Medic/Engineer.
@Joo_Phish Fps's that have levelling arent really RPG games. When he talks about new abilities etc it will be COD style rather than games like Fallout OR Borderlands
Hope it has offline multiplayer
I heard they are making all of them for their own platforms. Besides, the private beta was on the PS3 so I guess that makes it the lead platform.
the fact that it will also be released on xbox and ps3 will it make about 99% likely this game will be ported, which decreases the gameplay value by alot in my opinion. it just plays a little weird.
The graphics look alright... but being someone who hasn't even looked at this game till now... the guy explaining it... more or less just described TF2 with some Mirrors Edge parkour style thrown in. I'm not sure if I'm sold.
I have to say, the parkour controls for an FPS are long over due. That's always driven me crazy, "This super soldier guy can't jump over that? Even I could jump over that!" It's one of the reasons I've played so much Assassin's Creed and Uncharted. The game looks great. It has a unique art style, which I respect, but I do kind of wish they'd made the graphics in a more realistic style-another reason I've played so much Assassin's Creed and Uncharted. I hope that the sci-fi-cartoon art style doesn't keep the game from being as popular as its pioneering freedom of movement deserves.
this is 4 all systems and i cant WAIT till it comes out. got my copy waiting for me
Er @hapool I thinkthe games is out all on systems. :p
How can people say that video games wate your life when there are titles like this coming out.
I think it's exclusive for PC so... HURRAY

looks bad ass
looks bad ass
@ChiefFreeman One can only hope
A must buy this is!!!!!!!!!
So excited for this. Can not wait.
@Manufan143 I agree. A team based fps with parkour moves, a huge selection of guns and tons of customization sounds great. I think this game will be a hit.
im so an Oprative
