Nostalgia? Who said nostalgia?

Welcome to the world of Brandish. There's a specific target for that game, plain and simple: Role player-Dungeon Crawlers.

Let me explain myself.
If you got now around 30 years old or so, and you had a PC computer with a Floppy Disk, then surely you have played sometime to Eye of the Beholder, any of the 3. Remember the feeling? Remember the tricks, the traps, the levels?

You play to that game and you feel like you playing the golden age of SSI.
The Japanese studio, Falcom, comes to give us a sweet lesson about game writing. No big graphics, no complicated stories: "We know why you came here, you want to explore every inch of this massive Dungeon, right? Here, play until you get exhausted."

If somebody told me that puzzles is an art, I will laugh at him.
But it's quite true. The game mechanic can't be simpler. The fun is in progression each floor.

-So ok, I'm desperate to play it! What I have to know?

First fact: At the moment you can buy it only in import. It's in Japanese.

Second fact: You don't need to learn japanese to play it! You can found in the forum of the game a nice guide with the basics to start your adventure.

Some info: About 10 hours of gameplay. Plus, you can choose another character to play in a different version of the first dungeon (you play as a wizard).

If I could dream, that is for sure I can, the game misses one thing. A dungeon creator so you could make your own dungeon and share it, that will make Brandish the best game of the world. But nothing is perfect, but must of all funny and a hard challege.
