Positives--
Deep immersion into college football ranks
Lots of customization available--ie team names/mascots etc.
Level of detail in play calling and the ability to auto-sim games

Next steps--
As a fan of football manager 06 I was surprised to feel really overwhelmed and struggling to find where to click and what to do on screens...a more intuitive interface would help.
Recruiting, while a cool feature, feels unrewarding and not clear
Sorting and accessiblity of data on players needs tweaking either more keyboard arrow key usage or some other design.
