Hidden claptrap in first town?

In the first town, fyre-whatever, theres a claptrap hiding above the weapons shop on a cliff. If you get on the roof of the shop there's an arrow sign pointing at it. But you can't jump across to it, there's an invisible wall. I can't find any other way up. How on earth are you supposed to get to it?

Dev'shave said that it's only there as a joke and you can't actually get to it.
