Borderlands Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC Video (PlayStation 3)

Looks like a fun addition to an already fun game! Been playing Borderlands like crazy lately so I'm looking forward to this.

I have to get this game. I wish money grew on trees. The music remind me of Danny Elfman stuff.

Was going to wait for the release of the game with the exapnsion (GOTY)but couldn't be bothered to wait.... gonna get through the game and see if its my cup of tea... Shooter with levelling & collecting- what's could possibly be wrong with the formula.

I am very angry when i started this game, I use Sniper member and all game was very difficult, those dogs kill me, when i restarted the game, those dogs again, the time pass and I got pass 3 missions, then.. the guns got be more better, NOW... I am level 38 and i am crazy for this delayed Downloadble content.... SO BIG, SO ANGRY, SO DEATH.... HA HA HA...

When's this coming out on pc? or is it already out?

omg i got borderlands and after the first hour of playing i got the expansion and i hope they release more expansions =D

Ehh... looks ok, but I'm selling Borderlands anyway... it got REALLY BORING... too bad the pvp couldn't save it... :(

Can't wait for this to be released on PC. About comparing Borderlands with Fallout 3: Grow up, kids and fanboys. You don't know what gaming is all about.

Definitely have to agree with CosmoS73.

It's really lame that people are actually trying to compare Borderlands with Fallout3 on here. It's like trying to compare Star Wars to Star Trek. You can actually say nice things about something without feeling like you have to knock something else. It's just so third grade... enough said.

Borderlands cannot be compared to Fallout3. It is a totally different type of game BY DESIGN. Borderlands is an amazing, extremely fun game that is light on story (in a good way) but strong on character building with an excellent solo and team play. This game makes you want to play it... to get more guns, better shields, more skills and bonuses... to see what is beyond the next hill... it is packed with content... and the controls are spot on.

fallout 3 is the best game

I like this DLC as it's bloody hard! BUT I don't like the pumpkins, I know this was prolly meant for Halloween but it's not and they look well ummm a bit naff!

Gotta agree with you coolhardrocker FO3 is an amazing game with hundreds of hours of gameplay but I've had 6 days 20 hours of gameplay from one charecter of borderlands in a couple of weeks it took me a like 2 months for anywhere near that in FO3 because it got a bit tedious to me from no multiplayer, the co op in borderlands surpasses FO3 in many ways.

FO3 is a great game. i havent played borderlands so i cant diss this game. but FO3 had HUNDREDS of hours of gameplay and the story was immensly entertaining, the loss of your dad and the secrets along the way. i dont think you should put down a game that was game of the year in many magazines and websites.

i haven't bought the game yet so do you think there'll be a game of the year edition.

@MrWhite325 youre insane. the slump you described is what should have happened to you in FO3. bethesda ruined the Fallout brand with that game and it doesnt deserve the 3 in its title. FO3 is the most shallow game, with a nonsensical story, and improper scaling ever. as for borderlands play it with friends. the co-op is what makes the game worth playing. borderlands, like diablo, was not meant to be a visceral single player experience.

Date and price for PC?

looks ok, but months after launching the game? bad taste, gearbox, very bad taste...

Borderlands lost it's luster for me in about a week. I love RPGs, i love Oblivion and Fallout, but for some reason, i can't just play this game anymore, and i could only play it for a week, then, i don't know, it just got boring and dull. It sort of lost the shine it had in the first 2-3 hours of gameplay. Really, what I thought the problem was, i expected WAY too much of this game. I expected it to blow my mind, but i got it, and after the "OMG! I JUST GOT TEH GREATEST GAME EVAR!" high wore off after about 45 minutes, i was really able to examine the game for what it was: Recycled parts with a story barely tied together. Sure, i still think it was a good game, i just can't bring myself to play it anymore. I don't know....maybe I just like Oblivion-esque games, now Fallout! I just love the story, and ALL the little easter eggs you can run out to find. So, did this "Borderlands Slump" happen to anyone else?

This is out now? Oh man, I'm glad I held onto the last of my points, I had a feeling something good would be coming along soon.

BOOOOOOOO. Fix the original game before cashing on new content. I still can't play online & they're bringing out new stuff that I won't be able to play with anyone else. It looks like a tonne of fun & would have loved to have gotten it, but alas, my money will be spent anywhere besides Gearbox related games from now until they fix the online play.

This is the best use of 800 ms points I've spent in a while. Squeezed several hours of gameplay out of this. I'm hoping future DLC will be this good and involved.

@ jake-lutze Gotta agree with you there. There are actually about 15 million guns in the game, but they basically all break down into reskinned versions of each other with different stats. It would be cool to see some totally unique weapons that really stand out, even if they only make one or two - it would be cool.

What I really hated about borderlands is the way to overpowered berserker (brick). We played 4 people on the second play-through and everybody was brick, because lets face it. Brick is overkill in every way.

it's actually the same guns over and over again. just with different names and stats. but i'm not complaining.

@torogdol I was never saying that there was a problem with it, I just thought it was odd. And no, I cant remember the guns from the game, considering theres 500,000 and I havent played it. I just figured with such a weaponry heavy game I would see some more guns. Is that so bad? And really, what in the world does "you`re such a girl, nothing never fill u up!!" mean?

im getting it just to play some nu content.BL was was short and kinda stupid story wise.but was fun to play i cant wait to go gold and play wit my boys.

o man i got it for my 360 already, and it is AWESOME!...i didnt expect it to be too much fun because zombies has been done before, but they did a good job making it cool... also the cutscene before you start playing is hilarious...supposively 10 hour DLC which will be awesome...do that times 4 characters, thats 40 hours for 10 dollars! o my god i love gearbox!

more borderlands crazyness, can't wait to buy it
