There is so much to like in this that it's hard to know where to begin. All the old characters from the first game plus some terrific new ones. Fat Ellie, Hooter's sister, love that southern drawl and "That one's my fav'rit" of 6 identical figurines is a hoot. Tiny Tina, what a scream - mad but hugely entertaining. Massive environment that rewards careful exploration and there's far more detail than before. You want enemies? many and varied. You want guns and grenades? knock yourself out - there's loads. You'll need good kit to benefit from the visuals and the sound - a sub-woofer for sure. The pathetic cries of some of the dying enemies can make you almost feel sorry for them but cannot stop grinning at their destruction. Clashing voices not a problem, concentrate and use the sub-titles. As in the first, nary a glitch in running, and you cannot say that for all games. Trust me I'm PC gamer for 30 years.
