Haven't seen anything over here yet. Credit to Jeraste717 for figuring this out. Moxi's Rubi is a quest reward for the "Rakkaholic's Anoynomous" quest. It's the quest where you are knocking alcohol off that truck in the Dust, and turn the quest in to Moxi. It grants life gain based on elemental damage from any source, not just the gun itself. Phase lock, kunais, love thumper, etc. here's a link to the initial build.

That's an excellent point. I'm glad I realize that now. Which of them mentions anything other than zero or thumper?

one on tuesday said the most accurate thing about it. that all damage dealt while rubies in your hand counts toward healing. which is true. so that one.

at least it might have been tuesday.

It doesn't seem to apply with Death Trap's base attacks. I haven't tried it with Make It Sparkle but I feel that would be petty pointless.
