When do I high five Claptrap?

I want to get this achievement, but I'm not sure when it happens. I just hit level 10, and I'm wondering if I've already passed it, or if it's later on in the game.
Accepted Answer
After you gain access to Roland's Safe, there should be a couple quest markers around Sanctuary. There's one just north of Dr. Zed's place, which should be Claptrap. After you complete his quest you can talk to him and he'll raise his hand for a high five. Just melee him and you're good to go.
