Is it possible to find a random weapon with +100% melee damage?

I have this pistol called Ornery Law that I got from a mission that gives +100% damage but it's starting to get weak now so I hoping to find a replacement but all I've found is +50% on random weapons. Wondering if anyone else has ran into a random weapon with +100% melee damage.

I have ran into 2 100% melee weapons from caustic caverns.
