Bomberman Jetters brings a different type of Bomberman game to the gamecube, Unfortunately, not a good one.
The game is more of a 3d adventure game that will find anyway possible to disappoint you. First is the controls. Almost every camera angle the game gives you is a bad one. This can be particularly frustrating when it comes to the unannounced, slow moving bad guys that aren't even remotely creative.
If the poor gameplay isnt enough to dissuade you from buying this game, then the cut scenes will. All of the gameplay is interrupted by annoying cut scenes that are unskippable. So even when you die, you have to watch it again, and again. And to top it off they picked the most annoying voices for their characters. These voices will make your ears bleed, or at least want to. And i cant figure out why bomberman sounds so much like a girl, are they trying to gender confuse people?
Multiplayer is the only decent part of the game but not good enough to call this a decent game.
BOTTOM LINE: Bomberman Jetters is an awful make of a great title. The only thing youll be using this game disk for is a coaster for your drink on the coffee table.
