This game is good for a Japanese game!

Yeah, I don't really like any Japanese games, and not very many Japanese shows, either. Though, for a Japanese game, this game is the friggin' awesomeness!!! I got this game over the summer, the only real time you can pl... Read Full Review

You probably already knew, Boktai uses a solar-sensor. This keeps this game from being ever playable, but it is great!

Boktai is a one of a kind game. Using the sun to provide ammo for your weapon, the Gun del Sol, is something only Hideo Kojima could think of. This game resembles a lot with some of his other great games, the Metal Gear ... Read Full Review

A great game overall. It has its good points and bad points. I think it's an awesome game and recommend it to others.

Boktai was at least a great game. I loved it personally. If you want to buy a bargain game with some pretty good graphics and some nice gameplay, pick this up and you'll figure out why I, as well as a bunch of friends, l... Read Full Review

Boktai, clever idea, but not for the fair of skin

Boktai is an amazing idea in and of itslef, though slightly gimmiky. I however, am a child of the night myself of sorts, and am very rarely outside in the sun. During the few times I have been out I have managed to com... Read Full Review

This game is kind of, but not always a pain...

I think it's quite obvious why it's a pain after only an hour of play. The sun is so painfully lame. It likes to not hit your game cartridge and clouds are always zooming by. **** this game can be a pain. The only re... Read Full Review

    Best in Series

I think that the first Boktai game is the best in the series. The Solar Sensor helps get you outside while playing and the pile driver is great fun. In Lunar Knights they have taken out the Pile Driver and entered a sp... Read Full Review

    A Wierd Experiment

Konami wanted a Game Boy Advance action game that would give it a special niche in the market. Capcom, Nintendo, and Square were dominant and Konami wanted in. So Konami rolled out a "special" game called Boktai. Ga... Read Full Review

This is what happens when Hideo Kojima mixes MGS, Castlevania, and Zelda into a big pot and cooks up a masterpiece.

I originally picked this title up for its connection with the Mega Man Battle Network series. In truth, I had picked up Boktai 2 for that, but I found this one for 5 bucks and snagged it too. I played through this game... Read Full Review

    Fun in the sun, indeed.

When Konami set out to make a new and innovative game on the GBA, they succeeded. Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand introduces a new way to play games: by going outside. That's right, you have to actually go out into the s... Read Full Review
