This game features a lot of cool ideas, but the execution is where it seems to fall flat.

This game was delayed, delayed and once again delayed. This was unfortunate because as a 1st generation n64 it would not have shown its age so well. The game is just ugly; it features some of the blandest textures to grace the n64's hardware. The problem is that because it was so delayed because of the game play that the graphics never got an overhaul to match what was currently coming out. Despite its graphical shortcomings the game is fun. The different vehicles you have at your disposal makes the game feel large and extremely open ended. Almost like the GTA's of today. You are given a large open area and however you want to accomplish the objectives is up to you. Some sections are difficult and can require quite a bit of thinking to figure what to do next but overall the average player should have fun with this one.
