Help with attacks and increasing blood?

What and how do you use the RT attack? What does it do and what is its purpose? Also how do you "draw" more blood from enemies?

Holding down the RT button gives your attacks an elemental power to them (lightning I think) and your attacks do more damage. However, this uses up your Manna.
Also, I am not really sure how to get more blood from enemies. I think the best way is from the finishing moves. Another way to get alot of blood is from Blood Fountains (or whatever they are called). These give you lots of blood.

So what all consumes your mana? The RT attack and the special attacks that use LB+RB?

no, the LB+RB takes away from the rage bar (red bar). mana is used up by doing attacks while holding RT and using rune attacks (magic) by pressing RB.

Unleashing your rage will increase the blood score, there is also an item that can be used to increase your blood score. Can't remember the name of it, but, it would be at the "six o'cock" position of your item wheel when you hold down the LB.

I'm not so sure; It's dependant on your selected power, I think. When I had the Fist God Power selected it was lightning, but the Snakes make it a Dark Energy. Never used the Crystal power.
