Ever since I saw this game being played by my cousin, I wanted it. It looked violent, frenetic, and most of all realistic to the subject matter. I bought it and was hooked on it from the moment I started playing it until the end. You play as Matt Baker, a sergeant (I think) in the airborne and the game starts up when your in the plane and you get blown out of it, and there the game starts right in the middle of the Normandy Invasion. I love the Battlefield awareness, and the squad mechanics of this game, they are the best of any war game so far save Rainbow Six. The gameplay is excellent, all the guns fire like they should and if you take a few good hits, youre dead, its not like an arcade shooter by any means of the imagination. You need to use real tactics manuevers to survive in this game, like cover and flank manuevers. Its excellent for someone who doesnt like stupid shooters or plodding rts games. Thsi is one of the best Xbox games out there, and I am proud to own it and so should you.
