Time for my review!!!

You know the game is better than Madden when you play 5 minutes of it and there's no bugs. Madden is a great game, I love Madden, however I loved my 2K football more, but the creativity, the wideopeness, the time spent in developing the story and history of the league itself, is astounding. The players look better than madden. The only unfortunate thing is I don't think there's any day games, there's only night games, but it all adds to the dark atmosphere the game tries to portray. The controls are perfect. It's arcadey, but responsive as all get out. The game is not to be taken seriously, it's fun and wide open, and it does a great job of being just that. It has just enough plays to select, and using the L trigger to do hits and slow down time is awesome. I feel as if the presentation could have been a little better, and some more modes that aren't just quick play and the story mode would have been nice. Otherwise the graphics are on par with what Visual Concepts had in the 2K series, and the sounds are nice. You really can't compare this to Madden because it's two different types of football games, but this one does have a lot less bugs.
