Not bad, but not great.

When I first got this game it was fun, the whole no rules part was very entertaining. The graphics were ok, creating your own team was fun, and the storyline was actually very fun and entertaining. However I did get bored after playing this, the fictional teams were ok, the game was very unrealistic, the play-calling was horrible- there were not many play to choose from so it seemed like you were calling the exact same play every other down, and when you injured someone I got tired and grossed out of seeing peoples bones break. It was also very easy, every game I always won by like 30 points, don't get me wrong it was fun dominating my opponents, but after awhile it gets really boring. It would be more fun if you could tackle the referees or something. Overall I would definitely rent before I would buy.
