Blast factor is fun game for the PS3.Its alot like an old school arcade spaceship shooter.The game controls are very simple,you control your ship with the left analog stick and shoot with the right,whatever direction you move the analog,thats where you shoot.Each stage has seven sections called cells.Every fourth stage is halfway checkpoint and a bonus stage and after the seventh stage you fight a boss.All the stages are the same except for the enemies that change and have a different movement that make them harder to kill.The graphics are amazing.Everything moves so smooth,the explosions and sparks are very well done.There isn't anything to say about the music because it does not have any,Just a title screen theme,But the sound effects are great and compliment the visuals very well.The trophies add a little replay value to the game and it also has score ranking with other players on the playstation network.Overall,if you like old school gaming,This game is for you.
