A short but fun experience with surprising replay value considering there isn't any multiplayer

Replay Value: These days replay value is considered non-existant if there isn't superb online multiplayer or at least split screen multiplayer. This particular game proves that isn't entirely true, in my opinion. I've beat the game on normal and am going through on hard, and I must say that I'm enjoying the game even more as I play through again. Gameplay: Black is and isn't your standard tactical first-person shooter. What I mean is that you do run around with a gun shooting stuff in order to complete objectives, but at the same there's more. Enemies don't die easily, and if you don't get head-shots, you'll be pumping a lot of bullets into them before they finally die (body-armor). This fact turns every enemy into a legitimate threat, which forces you to carefully tread through the levels. The controls are very solid, and while I'd prefer being able to adjust the sensitivity of your movement and aiming, nothing in the control detracts from the game experience. Graphics: very good, but nothing new. Similar graphics and lighting (but slightly superior) to Rainbow Six: Lockdown, the visuals more than get the job done. Gun models are the best of any xbox FPS. Sound: Guns and explosions sound superb, good voice acting. All-in-all: A very fun game. One of the better FPS for the xbox no doubt. As usual, Gamespot gave it a much lower rating than it deserved. I really like this game, as do 95% of people who play it. It's worth a $20 buy.
