The masterpiece of revolutionary gaming design.
1) Physics is a big issue. Bodies tend to move or have convulsions even after dying.
2) Graphics are overshadowed by other games. Attention to detail was good but not great.
Pros:
1) Amazing sound track and over gaming audio. Voice acting is superb.
2) Storyline is very engrossing. The original idea of this games story makes it stand out above the rest. I have yet to play a game with such a great execution of the story concept and format. The delivery is literally perfect.
3) Real time gameplay is phenomenal. Enough said.
4) Guns or magic? Your choice. How about both. Either way the gameplay is above satisfactory. The lack of mulitplayer can be overlooked by the fact taht this game can be played over and over again without becoming boring.
5) Despite low graphics, the visual apperance of Rapture is just eye boggling.
6) The AI are very smart and quick witted. Be on your toes. These AI will be you a hard time from the very beginning. But how else would you want it?
7) On the go customization of your characters magic and guns keeps the gameplay interesting and open ended.
This game is recommened to both verteran FPS players and those who are new to it. If you are skeptical about FPS games then play this. Trust me. You will change your mind about how you think about the quality of FPS games.
