4/3 Little Sisters in Neptune's Bounty?

I'm in Neptune's Bounty atm, and somehow I managed to get 4 out of 3 Little Sisters. But when I try to progress, there's a notice saying I haven't found them all. Will this effect anything if I continue on or should I ignore it?

Yeah, this is a bug in the game. You should load a savegame before you "found" the last Little Sister. That's pretty much the only thing you can do. Also, you should patch the game with the last official patch.
