if you haven`t played it yet.. i highly recommend pay close attention to everything! a poster a blood splatter in a wall , a weird noise here and there ..otherwise the ending will leave you with double dafuk face
"... is a really good shooter" - had to laugh. And he goes on and on ... had to stop watching. Uninformed opinions by people who earn money talking about things they really don't understand.
Unlike that guy, I replay FPS regularly again and again, in different difficulty settings, to understand the design, game AI, etc, etc. Bioshock Infinite is not a "game changer". Superlatives by the poorly educated, who managed to earn money talking about things they don't understand. Congratulations. Doxa vs Episteme - look it up, Plato fans.
Really liked the line up this episode, the highlight being Danny.

Love all the features GS UK is putting out, and the pressure to keep putting more RAs and other feature out regularly clearly shows.

Bioshock is good, but its not Half-life 1/2 good.

@bonzaibillie @Jacanuk He means its not as good as Half-Life.Which has better critical reception than any shooter ever released.
Please please please make UK feature on the ending of Bioshock. I'd love to hear your take on it. Also make sure to film the crazy opening fusion core :-)
@Sushiglutton apart from the self shadows ,,, just like bs1. You can walk in front of projectors and no shadow! Superb game but why no shadow?

That way they can get back to focusing on giving proper reviews and delivering news rather than on writing smart ass comments.

There are plenty of other gaming websites, magazines, podcasts that do things which may appeal to you more.
Plenty of people enjoy a more entertaining analytical appreach to game discussion, like me.
You've also used air quotes the wrong way. The internet is great, but one of the downsides is that everyone thinks their opinion carries more weight than they often do.

HYPE MACHINE EXTRAVAGANZA? I didn't realise even gaming sites have blinded fanboys.
I feel as if Bioshock Infinite, much like the original Bioshock are just games you can talk about much more than the games actual length. That is such a beautiiful thing about these special kinds of games. I felt Jounrey and Shadow of the Colossus are the-eactly same way.

i could watch that for hours upon hours but just watching some guys just sitting there and talking about games and how long they play them is really bo wait for it ring boring.

@FreedomPrime Johnny? I wouldn't entirely discount the possibility that he smokes pot, but it could also be as simple as too much caffeine or an itchy beard.

Johnny you can't really compare the eariler Tomb Raiders to this new one. It's almost like two completely different kinds of games. When you start facing human opponents things get really different. The reboot is much more like Uncharted in gameplay.
Danny should try the shooting mechanics in Rage. Rage has a whole mess of other problems with it, but the shooting mechanics are fantastic. Mind you that's hardly surprising from id.
So, watching/listening to this while unzipping and installing Infinite... ... Actually looking forward to this, not been hyped by a FPS in years.

6 Like Fuckin yes, im with Danny on this one. Bioshock Infinite is the best shooter since Half Life 2, period.
2 Like I'd like to shoot the one responsible for that "only 2 weapons at a time" idea. The game could be complete with the old-school weapon mode.
