EPIC Bioshock infinite montage here :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwnKskOLRgo
just when I thought I couldn't want this game any more than I already do, they go and make another kick ass trailer. AHHHH I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS TO COME OUT!!!
I think it was good that they spiced the game up by changing the environment and atmosphere from the first 2.
Stupid CoD 12-year old fanboy:DAD!!GET ME THIS FUCKING GAME!!
Stupid Parent:*Buys him the game without question*
Smart Parent:*Gives him soap for breakfast then buys the game for himself*
Pre-ordered it on Steam, can't wait to play this game-of-the-year contender. Sadly I'm at work, when it comes available. But it will be a great home coming. :)
2 weapon limit, regenerating healt, hit indicators, blood filling the screen, Elizabeth's model has been severely changed, lengthy scenes where NPCs just talk and you can't skip them, season pass on a singleplayer game, preorder DLC, cosmetics rather than meaningful DLC, steam DRM, 30 GB anti piracy measure, ends with two generic choices. How is this NOT generic?
Just curious...how do you know all these things....like "cosmetic DLC" and "ends with two generic choices"? Have you already played the game? Or you're just pre-judging based on stuff you've read and believed on the interwebz?
@olaotakei Anyone else see the irony of this guy complaining about cutscenes while sporting an MGS4 avatar picture?
@olaotakei the definition for 'generic' must have changed while I was asleep today
@olaotakei ugh just in terms of the first 4 incoherent points they can all be disabled. Beyond that, most people prefer Steam to any other DRM, if the cosmetic stuff isnt appealing don't buy it, preorder DLC has been the norm for years, and I have no idea about 30gig anti piracy measure. Your only reasonable point is the season pass. Overall 3/10, try harder.
To whoever says this game is mainstream, you are wrong, VERY wrong. Now, if you don't like the game or the direction its going in, then thats fine, but this game is by no means generic, will be amazing, and is worthy of the title Bioshock.
I want to be cool, so im going to start a Bioshock hate bandwagon. This game sucks its just another mediocre shooter, its mainstream, and Bioshock has sold out. Everyone is starting hating bandwagons to be cool for every game so yeah im cool now
why is that Liz and Booker look different in every screenshots and trailers? I'm not sure what they look like anymore.
@CHJL It depends on the media I guess, the first 2 of Liz are from the game, she changes half way through or something (or may have completely changed due to people complaining about too much cleavage!?)
3rd pic of her is from the box art? Think that was based on that girl that cos-played as her and last one is from the CGI trailer, so whoever created the trailer would have modelled her I guess.
@CHJL agreed, i mean i've never seen booker before but elizabeth sure looks different. she used to look smaller, cuter and all and all more comic book-y, now she looks taller, more edgy and "more real" i guess. i'm sure though i'll get used to whatever's her final version by playin the game. almost there....
@CHJL Elizabeth has been altered twice to my knowledge. Once over a year ago so the older stuff looks different than what we are seeing now. She was also tweaked slightly very recently to more closely resemble the woman who got hired to do the in person stuff. As for this video it is CGI not based on the game assets, which is why they look different. IMO Booker doesn't look very good in this trailer. Also the artwork isn't going to match the in game assets either, artistic interpretation and such. Personally I liked the older in game version better than the current one for Elizabeth.
@CHJL you just dont know how it works the first 2 are have the same face but theres a part in the game where her hair is long and other part is short 3, 6 and 7 are from some poster or cover made from a diferent artist, 4 and 8 is from the cgi studio with another artists aswell. if you never saw this before in other games you arent paying atention.
Yup, I'm in the same boat - although currently on a media embargo for this, I'm aware that there have been discussions regarding the visual design of characters, and that changes have been implemented as a result - exactly what those changes entail, I couldn't say.
@matty_6666 If they are all technical I'll be a little worried.
@matty_6666 hahaha yep, all those awards are for best cgi cinematic trailer. They mean nothing really.
@matty_6666 I think they are talking about E3 awards. That just means it looked cool at various E3 presentations.
@matty_6666 haha seriously, I wonder how many people are sold right away based on that BS.

Its not death defying. The sky line was built for crazy people to jump off of a ledge and hook onto it with. Cmon son.
@brxricano Its a game
@brxricano actually the skyline was created to transport supplies around the city. It wasn't intended for people to use. That was started by kids screwing around and as things in the city went to hell more people started using it that way.
