Beautiful Game full of originality

User Rating: 8 | BioShock Infinite: Complete Edition NS

Great game that should very much be praised for it's originality. Beautiful graphics and gameplay, very much enjoyable 10 years after it's release.

Graphics: 8.5 - beautiful graphics for 2013

Atmosphere: 8 - Good atmosphere, very immersive

Story: 8,5 - Great and very original story, with plenty of twists, not too short, not too long.

Sound: 8. - Good sound effects and music

Gameplay: 8.5 Combat felt good, could've get repetitive but game wasn't long enough, which fits perfect. It could've been perfect if the number of weapons available and the skills available would've been a little lower, since I didn't feel that the game was long enough or the battlefields big and tactical enough to try everything out. But then again, on higher difficulties this might've been a positive (I played normal) and it also might encourage replaying the game.

Setting: 9 - Great setting, very original, it might deserve a higher note when playing the previous Bioshock games, which I did not play.

Characters: 8 - Good character depth, when taking Elisabeth into account; interesting character, beautiful portrayal. Same with the bird. The others were of rather little interest to me. The bad guy, the prophet, was just the typical bad guy and I found nothing special about him throughout the game.
