This game sucks you in from the start. It's probably due to the chilling and disturbing atmosphere (although this might account to the fact that I HAVEN'T played the first one, making things probably a little less familiar for me) and the fact that anything can be waiting around the next corner.

The story, in my opinion, is the main highlight of this game. The dark and genius twists of plot and setting truly give you that "HOW COULD THEY HAVE COME UP WITH THAT" feeling. The dystopia and dark setting only add to this aspect, as every plot twist seems more disturbing and genius in context to the world they're occurring in. What struck me most was a part where you see the world your in through another pair of eyes, but I won't spoil anything for you. The AMAZING voice acting only adds to this, and so does the subtle information given to you about the world through tape recording diaries.

Gameplay is fun and creative, and the way the combined the use of plasmids with firearms makes it even MORE fun. I'm not a big fan of shooters so I wasn't too psyched about the shooter aspect of the game (never really liked it when they combined FPS with RPG) but the gameplay made it fun and and satisfying.

The only complaint I have about this game is its length. I finished it in about 10 hours and expected a little more than that. However, the end is EXTREMELY mind blowing so this isn't much of a problem.

This game CANNOT be missed. There are so many parts during the game where you will jump out of your seat in surprise or awe or shock or anger, or just from plain SHOCK over such genius moral issues and story. Do not skip out on buying this game.
