With Bionic Commando: Rearmed Installed in your PC do these things below. Even after done those you'll have to select the unlock features in the extra menu to make then selected.

Unlockable	How to Unlock
In Area A get the FSA symbol	Prototype Weapon
Collect all 12 Yashichis, it is in Area 0 in a door with the Yashichi symbol	Purple Matrix
This will be enable only with the instalation of the game	Retro Outfit
