In the main menu, go to the (trial by trucking) option and at the cheat menu enter the following codes

BIKERS	Adds lots of bikers
COPS	Adds lots of cops
CASH	Gives you 115,000
NODAMAGE	Makes you invincible
BRIDGE	Opens all bridges
NOCOPS	Removes all of the police
MISSIONS	Unlocks all mission within the game
GALLERY	Unlocks all of the gallery images
