Oh great, its one of those pure waste of time games.

User Rating: 2 | Beyblade VForce: Ultimate Blader Jam GBA
Anime based games didn't often have a shiny appearance and BeyBlade V-Force Ultimate Blader Jam for the GBA is an example, or to be more precise the worst example.

Game design: There are a few modes to choose from.
As single player you will go through the main story of Beyblade V-Force.
Cut scenes are displayed in character images followed by dialogues so nothing special.
While you do take on the role of deferent characters it doesn't matter who you choose because all Beyblades they use are the same in both function and appearance with the exception of colours (of which by the way are only 3, White, Green and Blue).
There is also Multi-player but of course you will need a friend with a copy of the game and GBA cable.

Game play: Basically through out the entire game you will have to guide your BeyBlade from start to the goal point.
There will be a rip bar, the longer you let it charge the more powerful the BeyBlade will spin, and if you hit the bar at the right moment you gain extra spin, bad timing will result in low spin and the launch will fail.
Navigating the BeyBlade can be difficult with all the obstacles that get in you way, since hitting them not only knocks you back but you will lose spin power, so this is a question of stage memorisation.
There are flash points along the way that will give your BeyBlade extra spin, if the BeyBlade starts to lose spin power it will whirl around and will become difficult to control.

Sound: There are about 3 music in the game, sound effects are reused often as well.

The further you get the more difficult the stages get and there is no point in playing them because they don't have any useful rewards, you will unlock BeyBlade profiles but then that's it.
As mentioned before no matter what character all BeyBlades are the same so there is absolutely no depth in the game, no Bit Beast animations, no nothing.
The game can be fun at first but will get old and repetitive quickly, and the funny thing is that the game is also very short and almost completely lacks content so it's a good thing it was short otherwise you will go nuts playing this game even further.
Overall it's a big disappointment, it doesn't live up to the series, its not difficult but its also not fun at all and its not worth the cash or time.

Oh yeah, you can also connect the game to the Gamecube with BeyBlade V-Force Super Tournament Battle, I don't know what it does and I don't care, since both games are a total waste of time.
