No other game can catch my interest every 3 or 4 years and pull me into exploring every nook and cranny, finding all the exotic items and hidden hills and forests with riddles strewn across every prize bearing treasure cove. Some might say its just the Nostalgia talking or biased preferences, but it is more than that. No other game has ever created such a thirst for exploration - once after playing Adventure / RPG games, the patterns & formulas they follow are revealed and the games lose their draw for me...but not Betraytal at Krondor. Origin might say they "Create Worlds" and Bioware may have brought D&D to life, but how many games are made inspired by a book and are so good that the author decides to write a whole NEW book based on the very Game that was based on his book?!?!
