I think A Boy and His Blob should at least be nominated.

Uh no. Nothing on the Wii is worthy of anything besides how much shovelware it can spew.

never played muramasa but i would have to go with street fighter 4. the animations and the art was just fluid and while its all 3d graphics its a straight up 2d fighter.

Uncharted 2 has the best technical graphics, but Borderlands is just artistically sublime. It deserves this award, UC2 should get the other.

Flower should have won. That game is breathtaking.

Flower was robbed. Muramasa looks good, I'll grant you...lovely even, but it doesn't hold a candle to Flower.

Also, why wasn't BlazBlue even nominated?

Wow, how is Brutal Legend not winning?there are so many little elements that its astounding. from the changing skies of bladehenge to the weird designs of the characters. How is it getting beat by Borderlands?theres nothing special about except the cel-shaded style. Uncharted? haven't played it but from the looks of it, theres nothing unique.

Quinark, there's two series of awards...reader's choice and editor's choice. Just so ya know.

I have to disagree with this... Ratchet & Clank Future: ACiT was my pick. When you look at concept art versus screenshots, and even gameplay, it looks near identical. What's more is in the transition from concept to finished product very little was sacrificed and/or left out. The game just looked and ran absolutely beautifully with vibrant colors and very well done special effects.

    are you serious, no Machinrium?

not impressed at how these awards have NOTHING to do with what was voted for -_-

Machinarium is not nominated, thereby rendering this entire award pointless. I sure as hell didn't vote on this one.

Muramasa is currently available for $28 at Amazon as a Gold Box special. Well, well worth it.
